I think you've described Hobart perfectly - and re-ignited my passion to return there. Is the Dark MOFO festival still a thing there? - I went in 2017, and it was INCREDIBLE; and the whole laid-back nature of the festival and the true eccentricity of the Hobartians really differentiated Hobart from any other city and arts festival that I've been to.
Our lovely friend Will Tarlo had Kookaburra Antiques when we lived there in the 90’s..hes now in Loch in South Gippsland with another beautiful shop..and the CWA used to also sell incredible bunches of garden roses for a very good price … It is the best CWA Ive been to

Yet another great story Lee, I do love Tassie, I can transport myself back there anytime. It really is an unhurried, calm and relaxing place.
